Presented during New York Design Week, “A Craft Tradition, Recast” marks the debut of the Eva Collection, Maiden Home’s second collectible series. The collection—comprising a sideboard and an armoire—is realized by artisans in upstate New York, who shape the wood, and a husband-and-wife ceramic duo in Colorado, who mold and glaze each tile before it is hand-set into the facades. On view through May 26 at the New York Flagship, the installation is a celebration of the craft behind these pieces and can be visited during regular store hours or by scheduling a private walkthrough. https://lnkd.in/etc-bnjE

Introducing the Fragment Collection—a series of monolithic tables. To bring our vision for this collection to life, we partnered with artisans in Italy who have mastered the art of working with cement. They hand-mix the material using sand from the Tiber River, which flows directly through their studio. As it cures, it reveals textural and tonal variations unique to the river's mineral composition, so each piece bears the mark of its place of origin. The collection comprises a dining table, coffee table, and console table. Available in two hues. Discover the Fragment Collection: https://lnkd.in/eQkvVHee

At the entryway of our Miami Flagship, a sculpture descends from the skylight overhead to greet visitors. The piece, titled “Cascading Light,” is a reflection of our values—form, material, and craft—that celebrates the distinctive warmth of the South Florida sun. Throughout the day, light reflects off of it in new ways, making every experience in the space unique. Discover the story behind the piece: https://lnkd.in/gQmBRA2E

The vision for Maiden Home Miami was to create a serene sensory experience—a conversation between light, texture, and sound that captured the spirit of the area. Designed in-house with architecture by Montalba Architects, the space features sprawling windows and skylights that invite the South Florida sun inside, illuminating a palette of natural textures and neutral tones. As light comes and goes throughout the day, it reshapes the way clients experience the original designs, fine materials, and rare artistry throughout the space. 3740 Northeast 2nd Avenue Miami, Florida 33137 https://lnkd.in/en62CVSn

Last week, we celebrated Art Basel at our new flagship in the Miami Design District. The evening was centered around exceptional craftsmanship in all its forms. Close friends gathered to discover our space and collection alongside an installation by drapery artist Tina Mamkegh, botanical compositions by floral designer Hamish Powell, and an artful menu curated by chef Ksenia Radkevich. Thank you to the friends and collaborators who joined us. See more from the event: https://lnkd.in/ec856uVf
