A few things teams often underestimate about running staking pools: - Reward sustainability over time, not just at launch - What happens when users try to exit early - How much treasury you actually need to keep the pool funded - Reporting when you need to make decisions mid-program https://lnkd.in/dKKZFTkC

Most protocols go to TGE with pieces missing. Kraken 360 builds it right so nothing wobbles — launch day or a year in. Kraken + Magna have you covered for your complete launch and scale stack 🤝 https://lnkd.in/eP6q749E

In traditional finance, you wouldn't close a securitization without legal, custody, and compliance aligned at the table. Token launches require the same discipline, but most teams don't treat them that way. The minting moment in crypto is the equivalent of closing day. Every decision made is permanent. Initial supply. Who holds the keys. The custody structure those keys live inside. You can migrate, reissue, and patch. You cannot go back. The teams that get this right treat minting as a coordination event, not a technical one. Legal has signed off. Custody is live and tested. Tokenomics are locked. Exchange contacts have seen the vesting schedule. Most teams have some of this in place. The ones with good launches have all of it. https://lnkd.in/d5tp4fjV

The teams that have good TGEs aren't luckier. They started earlier and had more people aligned before deploy. https://lnkd.in/d5tp4fjV

One of the most consistent patterns across token launches: custody onboarding starts too late. The gap between "selected" and "live and tested" is consistently longer than teams expect, integration timelines vary from weeks to months. And the earlier you start, the more options you have. Teams that begin at T–8 months have fundamentally different launch experiences than those who start at T–6 weeks. The difference shows up exactly when it matters most: launch day. More on what needs to be in place before minting in the TGE Readiness Series. https://lnkd.in/d5tp4fjV
