Loudoun County Administrator Tim Hemstreet announces that Danny Davis, ICMA-CM has been appointed as a deputy county administrator. Davis was selected for the position after a nationwide search. Join us on Tuesday, April 21, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. for a FREE fair housing webinar presented by the #Loudoun County Department of Housing and Community Development and the Loudoun County Disability Services Board. We will explore disability definitions and reasonable accommodations/modifications, the history of the Virginia Fair Housing Law, protected classes, restrictive covenants and retaliation, unlawful discriminatory housing practices and recent updates on fair housing. This session meets the requirements for real estate continuing education and fair housing certification.
