Liberty Military Housing was proud to join military leaders, policymakers, community advocates, and industry partners at the Association of Defense Communities (ADC) #ADC50 Summit. Throughout the summit, one theme was clear: family readiness is force readiness. That message was central to Liberty CEO Philip J. Rizzo's panel discussion, “The Hidden Drivers of Force Readiness: Housing, Education, and the Military Family,” which explored how housing stability, school continuity, PCS transitions, and the everyday realities of military family life directly impact resilience, retention, and mission readiness. It was also reflected in the work of the Military Spouse Leadership Initiative (MSLI), which Liberty proudly supports as the program’s presenting partner. During the summit, the MSLI cohort previewed its capstone project, Mind the Gap: Connectedness, Integration, and Continuity, highlighting opportunities to strengthen support systems and create greater connection across military communities. At Liberty, we believe quality housing is more than a place to live. It is part of the foundation that helps military families settle in, build community, and feel supported throughout the military journey. We’re honored to contribute to these conversations that help shape stronger outcomes for military families and the communities that serve them.
