Yesterday, Liberty offices across the country celebrated Bring Your Child to Work Day! From gearing up in PPE to participating in hands-on activities, they experienced how each role at Liberty contributes to bringing projects to life. Seeing the work up close helps them understand not just what their parents do, but why it matters. This week, Liberty had the privilege of supporting aspiring women through the Women In Non Traditional Employment Roles (WINTER) program - a six-week apprenticeship focused on creating real pathways into the industry. Participants gained hands-on experience, jobsite exposure, and insight into daily operations. From exploring different trades to understanding how a jobsite runs, these women left more prepared with new skills to bring back to the field. Shoutout to Liberty team member Katherine Hartley for her leadership in this program. We’re proud to support initiatives that are helping shape the future of our industry!

❄️ 🚒 After a winter that buried Massachusetts in snow, many fire hydrants across Brockton were completely buried. 🚒 ❄️ Working with the Town of Brockton, the Liberty team stepped in to help dig them out so they would remain accessible in an emergency. Now that the region is finally starting to thaw out, we are proud of the team for stepping up and helping the community when it mattered most. This year, the Liberty team demonstrated that our impact extends far beyond the work we do on-site. In partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, our Holiday Giving Tree helped provide gifts to 100 children across the country, creating brighter holidays for families in the communities we serve.
