All Copy’s new office and warehouse space in Chandler is in the final stretch. Interior finishes are currently installing from polished concrete to cool wood slat ceilings. The elevator and material lift are in their final stages, site landscaping is complete, and parking canopies begin next week. Tilt panels are 98% up at International Furniture Direct in Glendale, AZ. With the roof joists and deck well underway, and site utilities moving through the final stretch, this project is building real momentum. Roofing, framing, and exterior work are all set to kick off before the end of the month. Momentum is building at 635 Exchange. Across all 36 acres, ground improvement work is wrapping up, and structural foundation systems are advancing across multiple buildings simultaneously. Underground utility lines are also being installed, with major connections expected to be completed within days. From the ground up, every phase is moving with purpose. LGE Design Build's Tenant Improvement division partnered with Dalfen Industrial and iS CLINICAL, who were also our client on the project, to deliver a 94,000-square-foot office, manufacturing, and warehouse facility at Superstition Commerce Park in Mesa, AZ. Built to support the demands of a science-driven skincare brand, this space brings together functionality, precision, and design to create a new home worthy of the work happening inside it. This has allowed iS Clinical to move a significant portion of their company from Burbank, CA, to the Valley.

Toy Barn Dove Valley is reaching another major milestone as buildings continue to top out across the site. With structures coming together and momentum building, this four-building, 216,000-square-foot project is taking shape. Once complete, it will deliver 91 customizable garages and a clubhouse designed to bring car enthusiasts together.

Some weekends look different. The goal is simple — guide the kids of Sunshine Acres Children's Home through the Grand Canyon and to experience it firsthand. Twenty miles later, that's exactly what we did. LGE is proud to be partners and support this event every year through Grandpa Jim's Camelback Marathon. Thank you to Sunshine Acres and Arc Steel.

Triad 820 in Haltom City is officially complete. Spanning 9.7 acres, this industrial development delivers three concrete tilt-wall buildings totaling more than 137,000 square feet, with thoughtful site elements including screening for neighboring properties and new landscaping throughout. A strong addition to the area and a great finish by the team.

Tilt-up in action. Panels are going vertical at Pacific Office Automation, marking a major step forward as this project begins to take shape. The six-acre site will deliver two office/warehouse buildings designed for efficiency and growth, featuring 32-foot clear heights, a shared truck court and a prime location near the 202 and I-10.
