  • Legends Global will serve as Owner’s Representative for the transformational “Big Red Rebuild” for Memorial Stadium, a plan that was just approved by The University of Nebraska Board of Regents. As Owner's Rep, our team will help guide the project from vision to delivery, aligning stakeholders, overseeing execution, and ensuring the fan experience remains at the center of every decision. The result is a fan-first reimagining of one of college football’s most iconic venues, with improved sightlines and seating, a fully connected 360° concourse, enhanced amenities, and greater accessibility throughout. Beyond game day, Memorial Stadium is being positioned as a year-round destination for major events, driving economic growth and long-term impact for the University and the region.

Pawel will lead the strategy behind how elevated guest experiences are designed, delivered, and scaled across our North American venues, helping redefine what premium hospitality looks like across live events. He joins us from Jean-Georges Management, where he oversaw a global portfolio of 70+ restaurants and helped evolve the brand into a full lifestyle platform spanning dining, hotels, residences, and private clubs.     In honor of Earth Month, we’re highlighting sustainability efforts across Legends Global venues around the world. 🌍 Three roofs. Three solutions. One mission. 🔋 Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center: completed a $33 million infrastructure overhaul following the installation of 5,355 solar panels across the venue's roof, which will feed clean energy directly into the public grid. This establishes the LBCEC as one of the most energy-forward convention facilities on the West Coast. 🌱 Canada Games Park and Walker Sports and Abilities Centre: approximately 3,300 m² of vegetated roof gives this venue a high-performance environmental system that reduces energy use by 35%, manages stormwater, and demonstrates how large recreation facilities can lead in sustainable design. 🌞 Salt Palace Convention Center: one of only a few convention centers in the nation that generates Solar Renewable Energy Credits. Events can purchase SRECs (generated directly from the Salt Palace's 600,000 square foot Solar Array) to offset their carbon footprint. The Salt Palace generates about 17% of its power through these 6,006 solar panels. Different facilities. Different approaches.   • We had an incredible week at Pollstar Live! We kicked things off with a rooftop happy hour alongside our Legends Global partners and industry friends, setting the tone for a week full of connection and conversation. From there, our team took the stage across panels covering Marketing to Today's Live Music Fans, Venue/Tour Relationships and an International Fireside Chat. We closed it out on a high note at the Pollstar Awards, where Allegiant Stadium took home Stadium of the Year (U.S.).
