Our May Employee Spotlight shines on Sumaya Elshamy, Office Manager at Keystone’s Phoenix Distribution Center. Sumaya plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly, from coordinating with vendors and managing quotes and invoices to supporting inventory accuracy and helping create a welcoming experience for visitors. With more than three years at Keystone, she has grown from starting as a temp unloading containers and wrapping pallets to taking on her current role, bringing a strong work ethic and hands-on understanding of the operation every step of the way. For Sumaya, one of the things that makes Keystone special is the family feel of the company and the close-knit team in Phoenix. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting for vintage finds, hiking, and cooking.
