We’re proud to announce last week's topping-out of Olivette, the tallest and largest residential building in the current phase of Gasworx in Tampa's Ybor City. This 10-story, 376-home milestone reflects the incredible collaboration between KETTLER and Moss, achieved just one year after vertical construction began. Together, we’re helping shape a vibrant, walkable mixed-use district that blends new residences, office space, retail, and public amenities with the rich history of Ybor City.
