When families walk across a bridge, watch otters play, or experience Elephant Trek at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, they’re enjoying spaces made possible by a construction team behind the scenes. This 2026 National Association of Women in Construction Week, we’re celebrating the women helping lead that work. Recently, Osmary, Project Manager at Jostin Construction, walked through several Zoo projects she helped deliver: the Erkenbrecher Parking Lot & Bridge, Elephant Trek, and the Asian Small-Clawed Otter habitat. Reflecting on her first Zoo project, Osmary shared: “This project taught me that I can do it. It just takes hard work, planning, communication, and transparency with your team.” Osmary was joined by Delaney, Project Engineer, and Jade, Jostin Recruiter, three women building their careers and helping shape the future of our industry. Jostin Construction is honored to partner with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden on transformational projects that serve our community while supporting their mission around wildlife and conservation.

This 2026 National Association of Women in Construction Week, we’re celebrating the women helping deliver projects at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden that bring people closer to wildlife, conservation, and a more sustainable future. These moments were captured during a recent project walk, where our team has helped deliver several projects including the Erkenbrecher Parking Lot & Bridge, Elephant Trek, and the Asian Small-Clawed Otter habitat. For Osmary, Project Manager at Jostin Construction, these projects also represent an important part of her growth as a construction leader. “This project taught me that I can do it. It just takes hard work, planning, communication, and transparency with your team.” Osmary was joined by Delaney, Project Engineer, and Jade, Jostin Recruiter, three women building their careers and helping shape the future of our industry. We’re honored to partner with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden on transformational projects that serve our community while supporting their mission around wildlife and conservation.

Lexington is investing in the future of agriculture, and we are building it. The University of Kentucky’s new $60 million Martin-Gatton Agricultural Sciences Building will become the primary teaching facility for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. It marks the first new teaching facility for the college in nearly 35 years. 66,000 square feet of purpose-built space designed to support the next generation of agricultural leaders: • 15 state-of-the-art classrooms • Collaborative indoor and outdoor learning environments • A new student-centered hub for connection and innovation • Expanded space supporting research and the Companion Animal Program Jostin Construction is delivering both concrete site work and general trades scope on this transformational campus project. Our teams are installing sidewalks and pavers, forming and pouring detailed architectural concrete benches, completing plaza elements, and building outdoor gathering spaces that will serve students for decades. The University of Kentucky is creating a facility that will shape leaders for the next 20 years. We are building the infrastructure to match that ambition. #UniversityOfKentucky #LexingtonKY #HigherEducation #Construction

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we reflect on what it means to build something that lasts. Dr. King reminded us that progress is defined not by comfort, but by commitment. By showing up. By doing the work. By choosing to move forward together, even when it’s hard. Today, we’re sharing video from the grand opening of the Cincinnati Convention Center Reimagination, a once-in-a-generation project designed to bring people together and serve our city for decades to come. Listening to remarks from our project laborers, project partners and city leaders, one thing stands out. This project was never just about a building. It was about people. More than 2,400 workers contributed to this effort. Teams from across trades, firms, and backgrounds aligned around a shared goal: deliver something worthy of the City of Cincinnati. For Jostin Construction, contributing to a project of this scale carries deep meaning. This work reflects what we believe in at Jostin. Showing up all in, all the time. Leading with respect. Creating opportunity. And building in ways that strengthen the communities we serve. We’re grateful to our partners, proud of our team, and thankful to the City of Cincinnati, 3CDC, and Hamilton County, Ohio for trusting us with work of this scale and significance. Today, and every day, we honor progress by continuing to do the work. We invite you to watch the video and hear directly from the leaders and partners who helped bring this project to life.

A once-in-a-generation reimagination for Cincinnati. Yesterday’s grand opening of the Cincinnati Convention Center was a moment to recognize the people behind a project of rare scale, complexity, and impact. Jostin Construction is honored to have helped lead construction management on this transformational effort alongside our partners. From our CM team coordinating a highly complex project, to our General Trades division carpenters and Concrete division crews delivering work throughout the Convention Center and Elm Street Plaza, this was a true, full-team effort. What made this project special was how the work came together. Thoughtful planning. Shared accountability. A deep respect for safety and for one another. Experienced leaders working shoulder to shoulder with the next generation, learning and contributing on one of the largest stages our city has to offer. For Jostin, a first-generation, Black-owned construction company, contributing at this level on a project of this magnitude carries real meaning. Twenty-eight years ago, this day was a vision. Yesterday was a testament to what can be built through consistency, trust, and a team that shows up all in, all the time. To our project team: thank you for your work, your professionalism, and the pride you took in getting it right. To the City of Cincinnati and the communities this project serves: this one was built for you.

Snowstorm. No WiFi. No problem. Jostin Construction recently hosted our 27th Annual Holiday Party at Longworth Hall, marking our second year in a row at a venue that’s quickly become part of our tradition. Even with a winter storm knocking out the internet, our team showed up ready to celebrate and lean fully into some Good Old Fashioned Ridiculous Fun. When the WiFi went down, we improvised the Jostin way, creating what’s now officially known as The Jostin Snow Roll. A reminder that sometimes the unplanned moments turn into the most memorable ones. The night gave us the chance to celebrate a strong 2025, recognize wins across our Concrete, General Contracting, and Brewster divisions, and spend meaningful time with the people who power Jostin. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re positioned for continued growth, putting in place the largest backlog in company history, and building on the momentum of our second-generation transition. Proud of this team, grateful for the commitment they bring every day, and excited for what’s ahead. ▶️ Watch the full video recap below. #GeneralContracting #Concrete #BuiltByPeople #AllinAlltheTime

Even with a winter storm knocking out the internet, our team showed up ready to celebrate and lean fully into some Good Old Fashioned Ridiculous Fun. This night was about more than a party. It was about the people who make Jostin what it is. Our field professionals, project teams, and the families who support them every day. When plans changed, we did what we do on the jobsite. We adapted and kept moving. Proud of this team. Grateful for the work they do. Thankful for the people behind it all. #ConstructionCulture #GoodOldFashionedRidiculousFun #Concrete #GeneralContracting

Before sunrise on a college campus in Lexington, KY, progress is being built. At 4AM, our team was on site at the University of Kentucky’s EQMC project, placing a 10,300 SF slab on metal deck pour that supports critical operations for UK Healthcare and the broader campus. The EQMC facility will play a key role in helping the University of Kentucky grow, serve more students, and better support the Lexington community. We are proud to partner with UK on infrastructure that strengthens both the campus and the city. From efficient placement with a 38-meter Brewster Pumping pump to skilled finishing, this pour reflects the quality execution and teamwork it takes to deliver work at this scale. Lexington continues to be an important market for Jostin Construction, and we are committed to building lasting partnerships across campus and throughout Central Kentucky.
