Jefferies is pleased to have served as Sole Global Coordinator on the ~$690 million IPO of the National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“UzNIF”) on the London Stock Exchange and Tashkent Stock Exchange at a market cap of ~$2 billion. The IPO was multiple times oversubscribed, with GDRs issued to institutional investors on the LSE at an offer price of $25 per GDR, and ordinary shares offered to institutional and retail investors on the TSE. This is the largest IPO on the London Stock Exchange since 2021, and is the largest European IPO led by a Sole Global Coordinator since 2018.
