Ivy Tech South Bend-Elkhart was proud to be part of this year’s One Summit in French Lick, joining more than 600 Ivy Tech faculty and staff from across the state for three days of learning, connection, and inspiration. Our team had the opportunity to hear a powerful keynote from Brett Culp, who reminded us that true leadership is rooted in purpose, not power. Attendees also gained valuable insight from both alumni and student panels, including our very own South Bend student Asia Kalanzi. We’re so excited to celebrate Craig Sheaks, Assistant Professor of Visual Communications, for receiving the One Summit Connectivity Award! On March 28th, our Elkhart Campus welcomed early childhood professionals from across the community for a dedicated Resource Fair focused on growth, connection, and support. Attendees engaged in valuable professional development sessions, connected with local resources, and expanded their networks alongside others passionate about early childhood education. We were proud to offer free training opportunities and provide certificates to support continued learning and career advancement.
