We’re proud to share that IPM has once again been recognized as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in 2026. This marks our second consecutive year receiving this honor. Yesterday, our leadership team celebrated the achievement the best way we know how. By serving lunch to the employee owners who make IPM what it is every day. As a 100% employee-owned company, this recognition reflects more than culture alone. It reflects the accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and ownership spirit our team brings to every customer, every project, and every challenge. Thank you to our employee owners for continuing to build a workplace defined by integrity, continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering results that matter. Congratulations to the entire IPM team. #EmployeeOwnership #ESOP #BestAndBrightest #PackagingAutomation #Manufacturing #CompanyCulture #WestMichigan #Leadership #TeamIPM

At IPM, employee ownership goes beyond the work we do on the plant floor. Recently, our team partnered with Hand2Hand to help address childhood food insecurity in our community. Together, we packed meals for children who may not know where their next meal is coming from. Today, that’s 1 in 7 kids. Hand2Hand’s outreach now supports nearly 15,000 children. Being part of that impact is both humbling and meaningful. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and proud of our employee-owners who continue to show up for each other and for the communities we serve. #IPM #EmployeeOwnership #CommunityImpact #GiveBack #FoodInsecurity #ESOP

We’re growing. IPM is hiring a Sales Engineer to help customers solve complex packaging challenges across food and beverage operations. This is not a traditional sales role. It requires someone who can connect engineering insight with customer outcomes—evaluating packaging systems, identifying performance gaps, and helping design solutions that improve uptime and overall line performance. You’ll work directly with customers, translating real-world production challenges into integrated system solutions and supporting projects from concept through execution. As an employee-owned company, every team member has a stake in the outcome. That ownership shows up in how we work, how we solve problems, and how we deliver results. If you have experience in packaging, automation, or system integration—and want to apply it in a more strategic, customer-facing role—this is worth a look. Handling 40 lb cheese blocks leaves little margin for error. A major cheese producer needed to merge two production lines into a single trunk line while preserving block shape, stability, and throughput in a highly constrained footprint. IPM engineered a unified system designed for gentle handling, continuous flow, and precise downstream accuracy. CheeseExpo 2026 is next week in Milwaukee. Visit IPM at Booth 2025 to see how OEM-neutral integration helps packaging lines run as one system—protecting uptime and driving stronger OEE. Because when every machine center performs together, performance becomes predictable. #CheeseExpo #PackagingAutomation #PackagingIntegration #OEE #Uptime #OEMNeutral #PlantOperations #PackagingEngineering

Western Concord at AFFI-CON Feb 22 - 24 was a great opportunity for IPM to connect with others across the frozen food industry, catch up with familiar faces, and hear more about the issues manufacturers are navigating today. Tom Wiersma represented IPM at the event, where conversations reinforced the importance of system-level integration that supports reliable performance and gives producers room to adapt as products, volumes, and operational demands evolve. Thank you to the American Frozen Food Institute team for a strong event and valuable conversations. #AFFICON #FrozenFood #FoodManufacturing #PackagingAutomation #SystemIntegration #IPM

IDFA’s Dairy Forum 2026 was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with customers, meet new people, and collect fresh perspectives from across the industry. One theme was clear: protein remains a long-term advantage for dairy. The continued focus on health, innovation, and demand is driving investment across processing and packaging. Those themes closely mirror our work at IPM, helping dairy producers integrate packaging systems that protect uptime as volumes grow and product mixes evolve. Jason Dorsey’s session on the multigenerational workforce was another highlight. A timely reminder that sustained performance depends as much on people and leadership as it does on technology. Thank you to Michael Dykes, Tom Wojno, and the International Dairy Foods Association team for another well-run forum and a strong start to the year for dairy. — Tom Wiersma Business Development Manager, IPM #DairyForum #DairyIndustry #Protein #FoodManufacturing #PackagingAutomation
