  • Some Drake albums broke streaming records. Others broke the internet. They are not always the same ones. We ranked his full discography by streams and social media sound usage, and the pattern is clear: the albums with the longest social legs weren't always the biggest commercial moments. They were the ones with sounds people could make something out of. Scorpion sits at the top because "God's Plan" and "In My Feelings" gave the internet something to do. Views holds because "One Dance" never stopped soundtracking Instagram Stories. More Life is still moving in 2026 on the back of "Passionfruit" alone. For music marketing teams, the lesson is already in the data. A song's streaming peak is one moment. A sound that creators keep reaching for is a different kind of value entirely. The campaigns that understand the difference between the two are the ones that build real longevity. The goal is not just a release week. It is a sound that people keep coming back to.

  • You know your company needs to adopt AI. What nobody tells you is how to get a room full of people who are overwhelmed, skeptical, and already behind on their workload to actually do it. That is the conversation most leaders are not having out loud. Our CEO Alessandra Angelini and Head of People Mónica Duque Estévez Duque had it on camera. They walk through the exact framework we used to take every non-technical team at Influur from fear to building AI agents, including the three-phase rollout that kept operations running, the demo Fridays where non-engineers presented tools that made the finance team obsolete, and the 3am Slack messages that told us the culture had actually shifted. If you are sitting on this problem and waiting for someone to hand you a playbook, this is it. Watch the full episode: https://lnkd.in/e3pfM8i4

  • Two months ago, nobody outside our tech team was building AI agents. Then our Head of People walked into a management offsite with a presentation nobody saw coming. What happened next changed the whole company. If you want your company to become AI native and save time and money while doing so, this is your sign. New episode dropping next week.

Most sales hires take 6 months to ramp. This one, week one. With Paula Coleman, Fefi Oliveira and Jon Mitchell we're hiring a Beauty Partnerships Manager at Influur: Miami, hybrid. The bar: you can name 20 people you'd call your first week. Not "let me check LinkedIn." Names. Numbers. People who pick up. This isn't cold outbound. It's relationships, events, dinners: the rooms we don't yet have a presence in. F1 weekends. Festivals. Quarterly webinars with our existing clients. Intimate dinners with beauty founders and decision-makers. If you're reading this thinking "I can name those 20 people right now" apply here 👇 https://lnkd.in/eg9GhZ9x

  • Vinyl hit $1 billion in U.S. revenue in 2025. Gen Z is the largest buying demographic. This is happening while AI is flooding streaming platforms with generated music. Most people treat those two facts as a contradiction. They aren’t. The more frictionless music consumption gets, the more people seek out the version that requires effort. Streaming and vinyl are not competing. They are satisfying completely different needs. AI can replicate melody, structure, and production. It cannot replicate the reason someone spends $37 on a physical record. That part is still entirely human. For labels, the takeaway is simple: understand what AI is actually for, and what it will never replace. Full breakdown in the blog.
