In this role, you'll provide peer support and housing case management to individuals working toward both housing stability and recovery from substance use. You'll conduct intakes, coordinate services, connect clients to resources, and help people build the community support they need to thrive long-term. We're looking for someone with CADC certification, 1–3 years in human services or lived experience, and a valid driver's license. Impact NW’s Manufacturing Pre‑Apprenticeship (MPA) prepares underserved Oregon residents (ages 17–24) for stable, family‑wage careers in manufacturing. Thanks to Boeing, MPA will fund welding instruction, industry-specific supports, and materials for 60 participants across Multnomah and Washington counties. Program highlights include: -7 weeks hands‑on training + 3 months career coaching -Industry credentials: Tooling U Manufacturing Associate, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, forklift -20‑hour welding practicum (Stick, MIG, TIG) and project‑based learning (CNC, laser, 3D printing) -Strong employer and post‑secondary partnerships for job placement and apprenticeship pathways Enrolling now for Spring term at MultCo and WashCo training sites.
