When I trust my colleagues to handle their tasks and know that they trust me in return, it creates an efficient and positive environment. Because of this, the team is more empowered and motivated, and the work gets done productively." What's one leadership lesson that's helped you grow in your career—and how does it show up in your day-to-day at Hunter? "Words like "soon", "ASAP", and "quickly" can all have different meanings to different people, so it is important to set clear deadlines and communicate specific expectations." Which project at Hunter are you most proud of and why? "I am most proud of Gross Profit (GP) summary file, which uses a power query so we can view accounting data across different verticals and filters in several different digestible formats." #EmployeeSpotlight #LeadershipTips
