I’m honored to share that I’ve been named to the 2026 Trades 40 Under 40 list. Over the last several years, I’ve had the opportunity to help build and lead client care and dispatch operations within the home service industry. Creating processes, training teams, improving customer experience, and helping support the growth of a rapidly evolving company. What started as stepping into challenges and figuring things out along the way turned into a career I’m incredibly passionate about. I’m especially grateful to the team at Luminous Electric for taking a chance on me, investing in my growth, and giving me the opportunity to build something meaningful alongside them. Their trust, support, and willingness to let me lead, learn, and grow have played a huge role in my journey. This recognition is meaningful because it highlights an area of the trades that often works behind the scenes. Strong operations, communication, leadership, and customer experience teams are critical to the success of service businesses, and I’m proud to advocate for that side of the industry every day.
