Show Claire some love! 💞 Today, we recognize Claire F., Project Manager and HIPAA Privacy Officer within our Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance office. Claire is a quiet force for excellence across our organization. "I love being a part of an organization that has such a respected history of caring for children and families in our community. Initially, I wasn't sure how my History degree would align with Quality Improvement/Corporate Compliance but soon understood that QICC uses history as a tool for learning, growth, and improving future outcomes. The friendships I have built over the last 13 years at the Home are invaluable." From helping reorganize medical records to embedding trauma-informed principles into our procedures, she improves systems, empowers colleagues, and strengthens how we communicate and report—all while modeling the deep commitment to continuous improvement that defines our best work.
