During the Kentucky Derby Festival, we took residents in our Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center (KCC) to the Chow Wagons on the Waterfront! 🎠 *** Our Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center provides 24/7 long-term and respite care to children and young adults with complex medical needs. As the only center of our kind in the Kentucky region, our team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and aides works closely with families and caregivers to tailor groundbreaking care to each youth.

Show Taniah some love! ✨ Today, we recognize Taniah W., Assistant Program Manager in our Residential Treatment and Emergency Shelter program.  Taniah has been with the Home for nearly six months and is known for meeting youth where they are, creating meaningful connections and fostering a supportive environment.  She embraces feedback, encourages her team, and continues to grow as a leader. Each month, we celebrate team members with a Core Award for their demonstration of our core values: 💞Compassion ➕ Wellness ✨ Excellence 💪 Empowerment

These spaces are used for visitations with the parents of youth in foster care, our Safe Exchange program, and numerous other important uses 💛💜 Huge thank you to the Safelite Foundation and Foster Love for making these incredible renovations possible!
