Our mission is to make your life a little bit easier every day. Part of the Circle K Family!

About us

In 1928, on borrowed money, brothers Arthur and Alfred Erickson opened a general store in Centuria, Wisconsin. Their policy of "the best goods and the finest possible customer service" made their little store a big success. Additional stores were opened in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. With extra money to invest, the brothers got into the petroleum business and in 1939, the first Holiday was opened in Lindstrom, Minnesota. The company grew to become the 18th largest convenience store chain in the United States. It ranked 133rd on Forbes' list of America's largest private companies, with over 500 locations in 10 states, plus two food commissaries, a fuel terminal and a car wash network. In 2017, Holiday was acquired by Alimentation Couche-Tard, one of the world’s leading convenience retailers, and became part of the Circle K family of stores. Couche-Tard developed Circle K into a global brand, represented in over 20 countries. It’s one of the most recognized convenience stores, known worldwide for quality products and great customer service. Holiday is proud to join a team that is just as committed to providing the finest possible customer service as the Erickson brothers were back in 1928. We know that your time is precious. You want to fill up, grab a snack and get on with your day. That's why our locations are easily accessible. Our brightly lit stores have wide aisles with an extensive selection of quality products. Our employees are committed to delivering fast and friendly service. Our mission is to make your life a little bit easier every day.

Today we honor and celebrate Gerald “Jerry” Elliott from our Billings, MT site 2746275, as he marks an incredible 30th Anniversary with Holiday/Circle K. Over the past three decades, Jerry has witnessed tremendous changes in our industry and has remained a dedicated part of that journey every step of the way. His store team, along with Central High School, planned an amazing celebration for him today — a true reflection of the impact he has made on those around him. That’s what building a legacy is all about. Thank you, Jerry, for your commitment and countless contributions over the past 30 years. Congratulations on this incredible milestone!

This memory came up on Facebook today and brought a smile, along with a few tears. The photo is of my former supervisor, who retired a few years back but never truly stopped leading. I had the privilege of working with her—both directly and indirectly—for 17 years. Her impact on my career and on so many others is hard to put into words. Even after retirement, she continued to check in, offer guidance, and invest in our growth. We lost her a few days ago, and the loss is deeply felt by everyone who had the opportunity to know and work with her. She leaves behind a legacy that sets a standard few will ever reach. If you’ve had a leader who’s made that kind of difference in your life, take the time to tell them. I’m incredibly grateful I had the chance to do that in her final days. Val, you were truly one of a kind—a real class act. You will be missed.

Proud of my team and each member's contributions. It is essential that they know I am invested in their well-being and success, both individually and as valued team players. The most important question is: when they come to work each morning, do they know how much I care about them as individuals? My focus is on their development and growth. Caring for employees involves prioritizing their well-being, growth, and voice. One day when I retire—and I reflect—I don’t care about anything else. #dotherighthing #circlek #AcT

Summer jobs usually mean short-term thinking. This one doesn’t have to. We’re hiring Team Members at our Minnetonka location (Store #2746039), starting at $16/hr.—and it’s built for someone who wants flexibility now, but also options later. Whether you’re a student, between roles, or just looking to stay active this summer, this is one of those spots where you can come in for a season… and end up building something bigger if you want it. What makes it worth a look: • Weekly pay + flexible scheduling that actually works • Bonus potential (the more you sell, the more you earn) • Guaranteed pay increases over time—no cap • Discounts, tuition support, and growth opportunities We talk a lot about “entry-level jobs”—but the reality is, the right environment can turn a summer role into something much more. If you—or someone in your network—is looking for something this summer, send them this way. Apply below: https://lnkd.in/g75iHbf9 Management Team: Eric Benham

Roseau (Store#2746193) carried the momentum forward on Wednesday this week. Just a day after celebrating in Warroad, our team had the opportunity to officially welcome the Roseau community to Circle K Store #2746193 with a Ribbon Cutting celebration that truly showcased the strong partnership between our store and the community it serves. Thank you to the Roseau Chamber of Commerce for helping make the event special, along with our store team and the many community members who stopped out to celebrate throughout the day. A proud moment from the event was presenting a $1,000 Community Donation to the Roseau Food Shelf, supporting the incredible work they do to provide resources for families across the region. Guests had a great time taking part in our Interactive Fuel Pump Game, which quickly became a crowd favorite, while enjoying Godfather’s Pizza samples, event giveaways, and the always-popular fuel price drop that kept the pumps busy during the celebration. It was a great day of community connection, appreciation, and celebration in Roseau — and another reminder of the impact these stores can have beyond the pumps and inside the communities we serve. #OneTeam Circle K Holiday Stationstores

Warroad brought the energy today. Our Grand Opening celebration for Circle K Store #2746235 was an incredible success and a great reminder of what makes communities like Warroad so special. Thank you to the Warroad Area Chamber of Commerce, Store Manager Cathy and her team for having the store customer-ready, and to the many members of the community who stopped by to celebrate with us. A highlight of the event was presenting a $1,000 Community Donation to the Warroad Food Pantry, helping strengthen the support they provide to local families across the area. We even had a special appearance from members of the Warroad Warriors boys hockey team — fresh off their Minnesota State Championship victory. One player kept the winning streak going by landing a $25 gift card on our Interactive Fuel Pump Dispenser Game. Great community. Great energy. Great day for Warroad. Looking forward to celebrating again tomorrow in nearby Roseau from 10 AM – 1 PM as we continue bringing our mission to life — making our customers’ lives a little easier every day. #OneTeam Circle K Holiday Stationstores
