  • Legacy Learning Program participants share their experience with the program. 💬 The Legacy Learning Program is a hands-on training initiative where participants build carpentry and maintenance skills, guided by experienced mentors passing down their knowledge to prepare the next generation for the workforce or further education. This year, in partnership with the Winnebago Housing Authority, they’re renovating a four-bedroom home for a local family in Winnebago.

  • ✏️ Students from grades 7-12 had the chance to explore their futures at the College and Career Fair on April 22 at Winnebago Public School! Big thanks to all the college, career, and military representatives who came out to share opportunities and inspire what’s next.

We were honored to welcome students from Winnebago Public Schools to our Fairfax office last week. As a tribally owned government contractor owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, these moments carry special meaning for us. Investing in the next generation of leaders from our community is ANG's mission. It was a privilege to share insights into the wide range of career paths and opportunities available through All Native Group and across the federal contracting space. We’re inspired by these students and proud to play a small role in supporting their future success. 💡 Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/euNHx4Cj #WinnebagoNebraska #GovCon #AllNativeGroup

  • Ho-Chunk, Inc. was proud to be part of the Nebraska Native Youth Gathering this year! This annual gathering brings Native youth from across Nebraska together to build connections, share experiences, and explore future education and career pathways. ⭐️ Our team led breakout sessions during the event. Janelle DeCora, Terri Lee Medina, and Caden Cleveland shared information on Ho-Chunk, Inc.’s education and career development programs and provided insight into how these programs connect education to real-world career opportunities. 📚 Kiana Lewis and Charli Earth spoke on their experiences in tribal youth leadership, sharing personal stories about stepping into leadership roles, representing their communities, and navigating opportunities as young Native leaders. They encouraged youth to use their voice, stay connected to their culture, and take an active role in shaping their future. 🌱
