Get to know our Business Analyst leader, Andrea Harris! Andrea recently celebrated 4 years with Hire Road, and we're incredibly grateful to have her on the Hire Road team: ⭐ Favorite part about Hire Road: My favorite thing about working at Hire-Road is the daily collaboration in the office. Everyone has a unique set of skills to get our jobs done and the learning never stops at Hire-Road! ⭐ Favorite part about the job: I have been the Business Analyst at Hire-Road for four years and this is the first recruiting company I have worked for. ⭐ Funniest thing overheard on a recruiting call: I’m not a recruiter, but I do hear our side of the recruiting calls. I don’t have a funniest phone call memory, but I do recall a very memorable reaction to a recruiter’s phone call. Our recruiter asked a candidate a great question during a routine screen. After hearing the question, an upper-level manager was quick to compliment the question saying he had never heard anyone ask that question before. I was quite impressed with the question and the reaction of our manager. We are always striving to better each other here at Hire Road! ⭐ Coffee order: I am not a coffee drinker, but my day starts with a Diet Coke, preferably from a fountain. ⭐ Fun fact: I have visited all four Walt Disney World parks in one day.
