This term, our Henneman Engineering team volunteered with the e-squared program, visiting Midwest Central High School, Dr. Howard Elementary, and Ottawa Township High School. We love showing students that engineering isn't just about math and science—it's about creativity, problem-solving, and making a real impact in our communities! From elementary to high school, these bright minds got hands-on experience and learned about the many exciting paths in engineering. Who knows? We might have just inspired a future engineer! 🔧✨

Henneman Engineering was proud to take part in Engineer in the Classroom at White Heath Elementary School, where real-world engineers bring hands-on learning to life for 5th graders. Our team—Kendall, Zach, Dylan, Princess and Erin-Coordinator for Champaign-Urbana chapter, joined other local professionals to teach basic engineering principles through creative, goal-based activities that inspire curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving. The students’ enthusiasm and innovation were incredible to see as they took ownership of their projects and discovered the excitement of engineering in action.
