AI adoption is now the fastest-growing source of organizational change, and it's pushing already-stretched workforces past their limit. According to our 2026 Workforce State of Mind Report, 51% of employees experiencing change are emotionally checked out, while 45% feel resentful toward leadership. Change fatigue has a direct bottom-line cost, and most organizations aren't seeing it coming. Read the full report to explore what’s driving it, and what your organization can do before it shows up in turnover: https://hubs.li/Q04fNlhK0

When chronic strain becomes the baseline for employees, it seeps into everything: focus, engagement with colleagues, motivation, productivity, self-confidence, and even sleep health. Our eighth annual Workforce State of Mind report found that chronic strain is now a defining condition of work, inching employees closer and closer to burnout. The organizations getting ahead of it aren't waiting for employees to raise their hand. They're building support systems that reach the whole workforce before strain becomes a crisis. “What is chronic strain?” Statistically, it might just be how you (or your employees) are feeling at work. Chronic strain is now the baseline condition of today’s work culture. That's what we found after surveying 700+ employees and people leaders for our eighth annual Workforce State of Mind report. The good news: some organizations are already getting ahead of it. • For Mental Health Awareness Month, we went live with an invitation to anyone in the world: pause with us. From Mississippi to Manila, from Bolivia to Belarus, from Cornwall to California — people across the globe logged in together for a moment to reset. Hosted by Dora, our live Global Deep Breath event brought our community together across countries and time zones. Messages of gratitude, of relief, of feeling less alone flooded the chat and warmed our hearts. Thank you to everyone who showed up for themselves, and for each other. It was a reminder that even when stress feels personal, we're rarely carrying it alone.

#WellnessWednesday In a world that moves fast, how often do we pause to check in on our own well-being? At UT Southwestern, investing in employee mental health is a priority, and that commitment shows through resources like Headspace and meaningful conversations that bring these topics to the forefront. Yesterday, we had the opportunity to hear from Dr. Jenna Glover, Chief Clinical Officer at Headspace, during a powerful session centered on the theme: “In Every Story, There’s Strength.” Her message was a reminder that while each mental health journey is deeply personal, the resilience within those stories is something we all share. Dr. Glover explored how intentionally reclaiming our energy, especially during times of change, can transform the way we live and work. From meeting our basic needs to building sustainable habits, her insights offered practical ways to strengthen resilience, support well-being, and continue growing both personally and professionally. I left the conversation feeling both grounded and inspired. I will be more intentional about taking small, meaningful steps toward well-being. Grateful to be part of an organization that creates space for these conversations. #MentalHealthMatters #WellBeingAtWork #UTSouthwestern #Headspace #Resilience #Leadership #EmployeeWellbeing

  • ✔️ Does your organization have an EAP? ❓ Does your organization have an EAP people actually use? Most EAPs are designed for the 30% of employees already in therapy or crisis, but what about everyone else? Our new population mental health-led EAP is built to support 100% of the workforce, guiding each person to the right level of care. It’s a more proactive, connected approach to workplace mental health. Learn how to upgrade your EAP: https://lnkd.in/gySe5V-b
