🚀 Excited to see the launch of the new Hayward University Training Hub! This project was all about bringing together a fragmented training experience into one centralized, user-friendly platform. Combining on-demand content and live training into a single destination that’s easier for both our teams and customers to navigate and use. From a web perspective, it was a great cross-functional effort to help drive the platform forward. Working through content consolidation, UX improvements, and setting the foundation for future enhancements and integrations. A few highlights of the new experience: • Centralized hub for all training content • On-demand courses available anytime • Simplified registration for live training and events • Improved navigation and search capabilities We’re still continuing to build on this foundation, but it’s exciting to see the progress and the impact this will have on how we support learning and customer engagement moving forward.
