Just 23 barrels, each carefully finished in toasted French oak casks, adding a layer of depth and quiet elegance to our sweet mash foundation. What comes through is something both familiar and new—apricot preserves, honeyed pastry, candied fruit, and warm baking spice, all carried by a soft, toasted oak finish that lingers just long enough.
