Had such a great time this week representing Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company at the AstraZeneca Supplier Summit in Gaithersburg, Maryland! And yes, there were therapy dogs, which might need to become a standard at all future events. Getting to spend time with Trista, Ivy, and Chewie was definitely a highlight. Huge thank you to the KellyOCG team for putting together such a fun, engaging, and collaborative event. Extra appreciation to Kerry Bailey, Heather Murphy, Delaney Harrell and Autumn R. for all the work that went into making it such a great experience. This summit was my Bieberchella. What stood out most to me was the focus on partnership. Not just in theory, but in how people showed up. There was a real emphasis on open, transparent conversations around how we continue to improve, which made it feel honest and productive. It was very refreshing to be in a setting that felt more like collaboration than competition, and to be able to learn from each other along the way. Another thing that really resonated was the excitement around the growth ahead for AstraZeneca and the opportunity to play a small part in supporting the talent behind that impact. Already looking forward to next year!

Still buzzing the night after DisruptHR Westchester County 8.0! If anyone said out loud that a room full of HR people would be one of the most energizing, fun crowds… you probably would’ve seen an eyebrow or two raised. And yet- here we are. We might be the least “dry” group out there. 😄 I had the opportunity to speak and share a very consolidated version of my story and while I’m very eager to see the footage back to assess 😂- I’m proud of how it came together. What struck me most wasn’t just the range of topics, it was the common thread running through almost every talk: -Put your own oxygen mask on first -Stay close to the people you serve -Do the real work, not just the visible work Different industries, same truth.
