    As a technical support engineer, one support pain point that feels very real to me is how long it takes to prepare for a customer status call and close the loop cleanly afterward. The context is usually spread across tickets, emails, side threads, and meeting notes, so too much of the work becomes housekeeping instead of problem-solving. I’ve been using Glean to pull that together much faster. Before a meeting, I can quickly understand what actually changed, what still matters, and what next steps are worth discussing. After the call, it also helps me turn that context into a clearer ticket update. I can use Glean to pull together the latest details, draft the follow-up, and in some workflows use write tools to push that update back into systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow, so the customer conversation and the written follow-through stay aligned. That’s been the tangible value for me: less time digging, better context, and stronger conversations with customers. And when prep and follow-up get lighter, I get to spend more time focused on helping solve the actual problem.

    Glean is your AI coworker that gets the job done: batch-create Jira tickets and schedule meetings on your behalf ✅ POV: You've got a master doc overflowing with raw product feedback. Turning those notes into individual Jira tickets means hours of copy-pasting, and you're dreading it. Miribel Wu, a PM on our team, handed it off to Glean instead. She asked Glean to pull the feedback from her doc and batch-create the subtasks. The Jira skill scanned the document, pulled every relevant note, link, and screenshot, and queued the tickets for her approval. Miribel also needed to align her team, so Glean scheduled a triage meeting, pulled in the right engineers, and checked her calendar first to work around her busy schedule. 🤯 https://lnkd.in/gdVpA5ej
