Great weekend of training with students and residents, led by Dr. Brian Farrell alongside Dr. Chad Dammling and Dr. Nicholas Kain from Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. The focus was orthognathic surgery in a real world, hands-on setting that reflects how these cases are managed within Flagship practices. From case planning and surgical sequencing to intraoperative decision making, the goal was to connect core principles with the way they are applied in live clinical environments. Another successful Flagship Symposium brought surgeons, residents, and team members from across the Flagship network together to the Isle of Palms in 📍Charleston, SC, for a weekend focused on collaboration, connection, and continued learning. Throughout the event, attendees heard lectures, participated in interactive case study discussions, and shared expertise and insights across practices. These sessions created space for the thoughtful exchange of ideas and real-world insights that translate directly into patient care. The symposium also emphasized connection and team building, whether on the golf course, competing on the pickleball courts, or simply spending time together. Flagship was proud to be the only OMS platform to sponsor the 2nd Annual Bone Symposium in Houston, Texas, a cutting-edge meeting focused on regenerative medicine advances for maxillofacial surgery. The event brought together 150 surgeons, nearly 30 residents, and several basic scientists. Drs. Myron Tucker, Dan Spagnoli, and Mark Miller all presented at the symposium, sharing their expertise with peers. Drs. Spagnoli and Miller will also be featured speakers at the Annual Flagship Symposium this April.
