Team First U.S. joined California's Credit Unions and nearly 175 credit union leaders to lobby for credit union members this week at the 2026 California Government Relations Rally. Board Member Stephen Serfozo; SVP, Chief Lending Officer Jennifer Wilkinson, JD/MBA; and VP, Business Services Bob Miller met with Senator Roger Niello and Assemblyman Josh Hoover, among other representatives, to share the credit union mission of People Helping People and the need for a coordinated approach to protect members from financial scams.

Yesterday evening, First U.S. held its Annual Meeting of Members. This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 90 years since our founding in 1936. What began with just seven employees of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has grown into a trusted financial partner serving nearly 28,000 members across 12 counties in Northern California. We also offered special recognition to Director Emeritus Brian Doyle, who has dedicated 40 years of service to First U.S. To our team members and to our members, thank you for being part of our 90-year legacy.
