The Agentic Web Experience Platform

About us

Fibr AI is an agentic website optimization platform that transforms websites into adaptive, revenue-driving experiences. As marketing has become increasingly dynamic and intent-driven, the website -the layer where traffic converts to revenue has failed to keep pace. Fibr closes that gap by turning every URL into an intelligent agent that learns, personalizes, and self-optimizes in real time for both human visitors and AI-driven traffic. Built for enterprise scale, Fibr connects marketing intent to on-site performance through deep integration with leading analytics, advertising, and CRM platforms, including GA4, GTM, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Ads, and Meta. The platform is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA compliant. Fibr AI is already trusted by Fortune 50 banks and global enterprises across banking, financial services, telecom, and healthcare.

The website has always been where your marketing, your brand and your sales effort meet. What’s changed is the audience arriving there. That's what Nik and I spent an hour unpacking on Terminal Value, getting into why the web conversion stack hasn’t kept up with that shift and what it actually looks like when it does. If you're in marketing, growth or the martech space, this one is for you What we got into: - Why incumbents launching agentic features are walking into a conflict with their own GTM partners and most of them haven't clocked it yet - Why web conversion still depends on a five person handoff in most orgs and why that loop never gets fixed - What the internal marketing org actually looks like when agents take over the execution layer - The assumption every website ever built is running on that's already being proven wrong Full episode is out now: https://lnkd.in/dgxae28Q Thanks Nik, this was fun doing with you :) #Podcast #AIAgents

  • 84% of searches now trigger an AI-generated overview. By the time that appears, the model has already summarised the options and made a recommendation. The user hasn't visited a single website yet. The question every brand should be asking right now isn't "how do we rank?" It's "how does the model decide whose content to trust?" The brands getting this right are building their digital presence around how AI reads, not just how humans scroll. That's a different brief entirely. Read more about how to optimise their entire digital presence, not just search engines. Link in comments.

Think about the last time a brand made you feel actually remembered. Not a "welcome back" banner. Not your name in an email subject line. Actually remembered. Where you left off. What you were trying to figure out. What they'd already helped you with. That feeling is rare. And customers notice when it's missing. The ones who stay long term aren't just satisfied with the product, they feel like the company genuinely gets them. Like every interaction picks up where the last one left off. Most websites quietly fail at this. A customer who's been with you for three years, who's shared their goals, their history, their trust, lands on the same page as someone who's never heard of you. All of that. Ignored at the door. True 1:1 is the experience of feeling like the company didn't forget you. That's exactly what Fibr is built for. #Personalization #MarTech #AI #CRM #DigitalExperience

You can’t out-execute 1,000 search keywords with a handful of humans. I sat down with Ankur Goyal, CEO of Fibr AI, live at Adobe Summit to discuss how top brands are engineering double-digit conversion lifts by completely automating the gap between search ads and landing pages.

On the latest episode of The Art of Commerce, Anish Raul catches up with Ankur Goyal, CEO and founder of Fibr AI, live from the #AdobeSummit. They break down how brands are unlocking hundreds of thousands in under 2 months by automating the match between search intent and landing pages—completely bypassing human bottlenecks. Inside the episode: The 1,000-Page Reality: Spin up thousands of unique keyword-matched landing pages in under 24 hours. Fixing Broken Journeys: Personalizing web experiences for the 75% of users who never log in. Stack Agnostic: How to drive a 15% conversion lift on top of AEM, Sitecore, or WordPress with zero IT tickets. Google scale is humanly impossible. It's time to build for the machine. We came back from Adobe Summit with hundreds of conversations and then my friend Anish Raul walked up to the booth on day 3 and what started as a quick five minute chat turned into one of those honest back-and-forth conversations you don't really plan for at a conference. He said something that stuck. At his current company, they personalized landing pages for one campaign and saw a 30% lift. Just one campaign. Doing that across hundreds simultaneously was humanly impossible. So they picked the top 10. Left the rest. That's the compromise most marketing teams are quietly making every single day. You don't talk about it in the strategy meeting. You just do the math and move on. What we showed him was what it looks like when that tradeoff goes away. A thousand keywords. A thousand personalized landing pages. Built in under a day. The search intent someone typed into Google actually shows up on the page they land on. Sounds obvious but almost nobody does it. The tool pays for itself before the quarter ends. If you're a marketer who's felt the frustration of doing everything right before the click and watching it fall apart after, this conversation is for you. Full video is up. Would love to hear what resonates. #AdobeSummit #MarTech #Personalization #AI #DigitalMarketing

Last month, we made it to POSSIBLE in Miami. Porter from our team spoke at the Startup Innovation stage on something most marketing teams feel but don't say out loud: the post-click conversion gap. The talk was simple and honest. Marketing budgets are heavily skewed toward acquisition. But the moment a visitor lands on your site, all that intelligence disappears. Same static page for everyone. The high-intent buyer from an LLM referral and the first-time visitor from a paid ad land in exactly the same place. The website doesn't know who either of them are. What we showed was what it looks like when that changes. Pages that adapt in real time to whoever lands on them. 30% higher ROI. 1,500 tailored experiences per customer. Not personalization as a feature. Intelligence as a foundation. Reflecting on takeaways from the event, a few (not so surprising) trends stood out: - AI is moving from experimentation to operational execution - Generic experiences are underperforming in a world of hyper-targeted acquisition - First-party signals and real-time context are becoming foundational - Static websites are becoming a bigger bottleneck in modern CAC To be fair, this was a media event, so of course campaigns are the focus. However, the irony we saw is that all of this intelligence, data, and precision segmentation is being frontloaded into the pre-click acquisition motion. Website gets left behind. Website is labeled the bottleneck. At Fibr AI, we see a world where the website is as intelligent, adaptable, and optimized as digital media and are keen to share more. If you were at POSSIBLE and didn't get a chance to connect with Porter, drop a note here or reach out directly. He talked to half of Miami already, but somehow still has energy left :) #POSSIBLE2026

The web stopped being a collection of pages years ago. We just kept building like it hadn't. Most marketing teams are running a contradiction they don't talk about. You spend months building precise audience segments, crafting persona-specific messaging, optimizing every layer of your media mix. Then every visitor regardless of what brought them there lands on the exact same page. The budget you spent on differentiation upstream evaporates the moment someone clicks. Then AI traffic arrived and made it structurally worse. Nearly 50% of internet traffic is now non-human. LLM crawlers, AI assistants shortlisting vendors, agentic systems making qualification decisions, they're all reading your website and drawing conclusions about your brand. Your site has no idea how to respond differently to any of them. The structural gap between the intelligence visitors carry and the surfaces they land on was always expensive. AI just made it impossible to ignore. Below is a full breakdown of what actually changed, why it matters, and what the organizations ahead of this curve are doing differently. #AgenticWeb #DigitalWebExperience

Forrester estimates 12% of ad budgets are lost not to bad creative or bad targeting but to the gap between what the ad promised and what the page delivered. Across 22 Fortune 100 BFSI companies spending $12B+ on marketing annually, that's $1.4B walking out the door every year. The leakiest stacks weren't the smallest spenders. They were the ones where the team buying the ads and the team running the website weren't talking to each other. Four dollars getting someone to the door. One dollar making the door worth walking through. Full report below, free to access.

  • People aren't just Googling anymore. They're asking ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude and clicking through. The problem? Most websites treat that traffic like any other visitor. Generic headline. Same old CTA. Zero personalization. That's a conversion leak most teams haven't even noticed yet. At Fibr, we built something different: LLM-to-Web Personalization. When a user lands on your site from an AI platform, Fibr knows: → Which platform sent them (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) → What intent they likely came with → Which landing experience converts best for that segment Here's how it works: ✦ Pick your AI platform to target, one per campaign, zero bleed ✦ Fibr's agent auto-generates topic angles from your page ✦ Multi-Armed Bandit testing shifts traffic to what's actually converting, in real time ✦ Every session drives a result. Not just waits for one. AI discovery is high-intent traffic. It deserves a high-intent experience. • We're still riding the high from Miami. Our team's Porter Sperry took the Startup Innovation stage at POSSIBLE 2026 and said what the whole industry has been thinking, the post-click conversion gap is real, it's costing you, and it's time we talk about it. The energy in that room? Unmatched. The conversation? Just getting started. And to everyone who swung by, said hi, and stayed to chat, that's the part we'll actually remember :) #POSSIBLE2026
