Entryway’s training program helped him gain confidence and learn new skills. Now, he is thriving in his maintenance career at Bridge Property Management. He has earned multiple promotions and is growing in his role everyday with the help of his supervisors and teammates. Marcus’ younger brother, Seamar, graduated high school last year. Marcus stepped in to guide his brother, introducing him to Entryway’s program and work in the multifamily industry. Seamar recently completed his training and was hired by TriBridge Residential in Atlanta. The right training creates a strong start 🌟 Ty (pictured) came to Entryway North Carolina to start her leasing career and credits the program’s training with helping her hit the ground running: “I began working in a temporary position on Saturdays where I was at the property all by myself. The training gave me all the tools I needed to give 8 tours/day and work with maintenance.” Ty then landed a leasing position with Continental Realty Corporation.
