This role will: ✔️   Design and lead a comprehensive work-based learning system for Englewood Schools ✔️  Build policies, procedures, and partnerships that support high-quality experiences like job shadows, internships, apprenticeships, and paid/unpaid work experiences ✔️   Work directly with leaders, counselors, teachers, and students at Englewood High School and Colorado’s Finest High School of Choice ✔️  Expand and align industry-recognized credentials with CTE coursework and local labor market demand ✔️  Monitor industry and workforce trends to keep our programming relevant and future-focused ✔️   Build and manage data systems in Infinite Campus and SchooLinks to track outcomes ✔️   Lead state reporting on concurrent enrollment, work-based learning, and credential attainment ✔️   Prepare reports for district leadership, the Board of Education, and state agencies At its core, this position is about expanding access, strengthening program quality, and ensuring every Englewood student graduates with meaningful experiences that prepare them for what’s next. We’re proud to recognize Sarah Fuller for her induction into the Fresenius Kabi National Blood Donation Hall of Fame—a distinction honoring individuals who go above and beyond to encourage blood donation. To commemorate this achievement, Vitalant - Colorado Blood Donation Center hosted an award ceremony to honor Sarah this Monday at its headquarters. Sarah, an English teacher at Englewood High School, has served as the faculty advisor for the National Honor Society and led her students to host two blood drives annually since 2015, collecting more than 1,725 units of blood. Her leadership has helped create one of the strongest education-based donation programs in Colorado.
