It's amazing how quickly people connect when they find out they're from the same city. The expo floor at ACI-NA’s Annual Assembly included an interactive map, where attendees could pin where they were joining from. Before the first session even began, strangers were comparing hometowns, sharing travel stories and making connections. That spirit carried throughout the event. Together with Hargrove from Encore, we helped create an experience where education, networking, exhibitors and sponsors felt connected, giving attendees more opportunities to engage with each other along the way.
