For example, the system can flag: -- Addresses or contact information that appear stale (e.g., an address of a prior business manager no longer associated with the entity) -- Officers, directors, or managers who no longer seem connected to the entity -- Resident agents who do not appear to be appropriate (e.g., an attorney, manager, or business manager no longer associated with the entity) As discrepancies are identified, our clients will begin hearing from us. In many cases, we’ll simply ask you to confirm or update the flagged details. We will continue to invest in and expand the Data Integrity Engine, adding more automated scans in response to issues raised by our clients.
