This month, we're proud to recognize Xavier Ybarra - Superintendent for Eleven Western Builders in our Employee Spotlight for April.
Xavier joined Eleven Western Builders after previously working with Gene Chesterton, who encouraged him to apply as the company built out its Retail Services division. Starting as a carpenter, Xavier has grown into his role as Superintendent, backed by hands-on experience in cabinetry, carpentry, and retail construction. He takes pride in his work and values the opportunity EWB has provided to support his family and continue building his career.
Outside of work, Xavier enjoys time with his spouse, daughter, and grandchildren, whether that’s attending events or sharing meals together. He’s a big sports fan and can usually be found watching the Lakers, Dodgers, or a UFC fight. Known for his sense of humor and easygoing nature, he enjoys keeping things simple and staying grounded.
