EdAdvance hosted an in-person professional learning session in Litchfield, CT focused on the role of AI in school and district leadership on Friday, December 12th. Superintendents, building leaders, and central office teams came together to explore how AI can support strategic planning, operations, and instructional priorities. The session featured thoughtful discussion, practical tools, and collaborative problem solving led by the EdAdvance team, including Matt Mervis, Jonathan Costa, Jody Minotti, and Justin Pascoe, along with guest presenter Thomas Scarice, Superintendent of Schools in Westport.
