Still thawing out but totally worth it! Proud of our E.A. Sween team for taking the plunge at Lake Nokomis on March 6th in support of Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Minnesota. What started as a fun and chilling event turned into something much bigger, coming together as a team, stepping outside our comfort zones, and supporting a cause that creates real impact across our community. From the brave jumpers to the “Too Chicken to Plunge” crew (no judgment 😄), every dollar raised helps support thousands of athletes across Minnesota through inclusive sports, health, and leadership programs. We even had one of our biggest fans cheering us on, a four-legged team member who may not have taken the plunge but definitely showed up in style. This is what it looks like to live our values, We Value People Most of All and We Enjoy What We Do. Already looking forward to next year… after we warm up a bit. 🎁 Giving back together this holiday season 🎁 E.A. Sween Company once again challenged our entire organization to donate toys to Toys for Tots—marking our fourth consecutive year supporting this incredible program. All of our locations participated, and even our remote team members joined in to help make a difference. Our goal was 600 toys, and thanks to the generosity of our team, we collected 825 toys, exceeding our goal by 225 toys and reaching 137.5% of our target. In addition to the toy donations from our team members, E.A. Sween also contributed $1,000 to help purchase additional toys and support the cause. We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this effort—your kindness truly made a meaningful impact. From all of us at E.A. Sween, we wish you and your families a happy, healthy, and joyful holiday season. 💙

On Friday, we were honored to once again participate in the KS95 for Kids Radioathon in support of Gillette Children's and Masonic Children’s Hospitals 💙 Our team has proudly participated since 2010, and today we were able to contribute $30,000— bringing our total donations to $575,000 to date. This is a truly special event for us each year, and we’re grateful to be part of something that makes such a meaningful impact on kids and families in our community.
