  • 👏 Customer Spotlight: A story worth sharing from our friends at E-J Electric Installation Co. On March 10, 2026, a worker on a remote railroad bridge took a 6,900-volt shock and went into cardiac arrest. John Rezek, a Trained and Qualified Lineman with E-J, didn't hesitate. He started CPR, called for the AED, and kept compressions going until the worker's heartbeat, breathing, and consciousness came back. A life saved, in a place where help was hours away. John is a Marine Corps veteran with six years on complex transmission and distribution projects. His colleagues describe him as someone defined by integrity and a deep sense of responsibility to the people around him. We're proud that E-J Electric Installation Co. is part of the #CrunchCommunity, and even prouder to see one of their own recognized at SAFEBUILD 2026. Congratulations, John! Thank you for who you are on the job site. 💙

Congratulations to E-J's John Rezek on being honored with the Hardhat Safety Award at SAFEBUILD 2026 by the Building Trades Employers' Association. John’s quick thinking, leadership, and commitment to safety during a critical emergency situation exemplify the values of The E-J Group. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and his dedication to protecting those around him. #ejelectric #1899

  • When it comes to AI in construction everyone is asking: “Should we buy purpose-built AI solutions or just build our own agents and projects?” 💬 But that's the wrong way to think about it. ⚠️ CEO Josh Levy explains in this month’s CrunchTime newsletter: https://lnkd.in/gquvKyhi 💡 TIP: Don’t miss the two pros and cons lists for building your own AI agents and buying purpose-built AI tools!

  • A construction executive said something during a recent demo that captures why purpose-built AI like #DocumentCrunch is winning in our industry: 💬 "Document Crunch avoids the mistake a lot of tools make... trying to be everything to everybody. It stays focused." Sure, general-purpose AI tools are impressive. They can write a email, debug code, and summarize a podcast simultaneously. But ask one about "LDs" in a construction contract, and it might start telling you about the Latter-day Saints. (We've actually seen this happen!) General AI tools fall apart on construction documents. A spec book is divisions, sections, delegated design responsibilities, warranty windows, single-manufacturer requirements, and language that turns on a single word. It's not just a PDF that AI should summarize. The tools that win in this industry aren't the ones that try to do everything. They're the ones that go deep on the problems construction teams actually have... and stay there. Let us show you the #CrunchAI difference on your documents. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/df2pV2Mj

  • ⚠️ What used to take 4-6 HOURS now takes 30 MINUTES. ⚠️ That's what contract review looks like at McCownGordon Construction after the team rolled out #DocumentCrunch across preconstruction and field. Multiply that across hundreds of projects and you're talking about thousands of labor hours back in the year. Hours that go to coordinating the work, mentoring the team, and getting home on time. 🏡 Chloe Huxol, Senior Construction Technologist at McCownGordon, put it best: 💬 "We're not replacing people. We're making them more efficient." Read the case study here: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gnwN83Bv

  • ⚠️ 41% of the construction workforce will retire by 2031* That labor gap will create a knowledge gap. Every veteran PM who retires takes decades of know-how with them. Hard-earned contract expertise lives in people's heads and walks out the door. E-J Electric Installation Co. decided not to let that happen. ⚡ With #DocumentCrunch, they built their contract review SOPs into predefined #CrunchAI Checklists. Now, every project gets reviewed with the same rigor, whether it's a 30-year veteran or someone running their first job. New team members aren't spending months learning. They're getting institutional knowledge on day one. Learn more about Checklists here: https://lnkd.in/gTuN7ntn #TestimonialTuesday *The National Center for Construction Education and Research

  • Looking back on a great week at #ENRFutureTech, here are a few highlights... 🔹 Some people still know us for contract risk review. Watching their eyes light up as they saw how far #CrunchAI has grown, will never get old. We cover risk reduction over so many more document types, workflows, and roles now. 🔹 There was real excitement about the Trimble Inc. acquisition. Customers and construction peers see what we see. Risk intelligence is about to get powerful. 🔹 The Built by Builders Happy Hour was a great way to end a day. Builders, technologists, friends old and new, thank you to everyone who came out! See you next year... 🎉 📸: #Crunchers Tom Dixon, Sandro diGrazia, Lori Peters, Shamus O'Shea

  • What a great week at Advancing Preconstruction 2026! 💥 We loved connecting with customers and the #CrunchCommunity, meeting new friends at the booth and our happy hour, and of course, showing off #DocumentCrunch live and in-person! Where do most companies go wrong when choosing an AI solution? ⛔ The decision starts as a tool comparison. But in construction, choosing the right AI is a RISK decision.
