We are bringing Defibrio to Heart Rhythm 2026 in Chicago, April 23-26! Meet the team: Our co-founders, along with all-stars from our Hardware team at Andrews Cooper will be on-site at McCormick Place all weekend. We are passionate about innovation that simplifies life-saving technology, and we're looking forward to sharing our mission—and our interactive AED demos—with the EP community. Stop by Booth #2534 to say hello, ask us the tough questions, and learn how we’re designing the first AED powered by your smartphone. #HRS2026 #Defibrio #AEDs #CardiacArrest #Electrophysiology #Innovation

We believed hospital-grade power belonged in the home, so we challenged our partners to help us manufacture the "impossible". Join us on March 31st to hear how we combined bold vision with expert engineering to save hearts too young to die.
When someone uses an AED, it’s not a normal moment. It’s an emergency. That’s what makes engineering devices like these different. On 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟭, Andrews Cooper and Jim LeBaron, PMP are joining Rightpoint and Defibrio AS to share the story behind the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗘𝗗. The Defibrio team was thrilled to get together with staff from our clinical trial partners this past week in New Orleans. We look forward to a fantastic group of sites, representing top university hospitals across the US, joining our mission to bring life saving technology to the home.
Today, we have our second training session for the clinical trials in New Orleanse for our smartphone AED. Today we have 5 hospital in the US attending. These university hospitals will help us to get our smartphone AED approved in the US and Europe. When the solution is approved by the FDA and Nodified Body in Europe, you can just download an app on your phone and start saving life. This has been a long project, but if everything is going as plan, the product will be in the market next year.

Defibrio was thrilled to have Dr. Marye Gleva present an abstract on the Defibrio AED at the Heart Rhythm Society #HRX2025 conference in Atlanta. Her presentation created a real buzz as she walked the audience through the Defibrio AED and the success we have observed in our human factors testing. https://lnkd.in/erNqyiDS Dr. Gleva is one of many of the amazing clinicians working with Defibrio as we build the world's first smartphone-powered AED. Thank you Marye, and great job!

Defibrio AS reposted this
Former President Bill Clinton was just photographed with a portable defibrillator. Soon, he can use his smartphone as an AED. https://defibrio.com/ After a quadruple bypass, stents, and years of cardiac complications, it makes sense: he doesn’t want to take a chance with sudden cardiac arrest. We want everyone to have an AED close by when Sudden Cardiac Arrest happen, that will save life's. Our goal is to have our solutions ready for the market next year. Stay safe.
