Every year we show our appreciation to employees celebrating 25-year service milestones by inducting them into our Dart Tribute Garden. This year we’re inducting 131 Dart employees across all our locations. With this class, the Tribute Garden now recognizes more than 3,300 employees with a collective 90,000 years of service! We’re honored and humbled by our people’s continued dedication and commitment to our organization. A big thank you again to all our inductees for your service!

🌎 This Earth Day, we’re celebrating a major recycling milestone! Residents serviced by WM across the US can now place paper and polypropylene (PP) to‑go cups directly in their recycling bins for local pickup. Thank you to WM – the largest recycler in the US – for making this happen and to our strategic partner, the Foodservice Packaging Institute (FPI), for providing the market development and research to facilitate the decision. Also, shout out to Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) for recognizing the compatibility of Dart’s PP products for recycling. ♻️ Learn more at: https://lnkd.in/e_PgkCYj, and APR https://lnkd.in/du9bxa8q

Congratulations to our 2025 Plant of the Year and Manufacturing Bowl winners! Dart salutes our top-performing facilities, which were recently recognized for their commitment to quality and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Plant of the Year Winner: Mason (MI) Cup! As we tracked our safety, quality, production and financial performance this year, Mason Cup stood out in every category. We want to commend Plant Manager Mark Landry for leading such an outstanding team and keeping them focused on achieving their goals. Manufacturing Bowl Champions: 1) Tijuana, Mexico; 2) Mason (MI) Cup; 3) Leola (PA) Film We kick off our annual plant competition in January and challenge each site to best their peer facilities of similar size. Together, we can make every day America Recycles Day! Dart’s investment in the Foodservice Packaging Institute’s recovery groups has significantly boosted public access to recycling: •  Foam recycling increased by nearly 15 million residents in the US and Canada through grants totaling more than $1.5 million. •  Paper cup recycling increased to more than 8.3 million households and increased paper mill acceptance from 5 mills to more than 40 mills. •  Plastic recycling access was added for 2.9 million households. #AmericaRecycles #DoBeautifulThings #KeepAmericaBeautiful
