Alamo Angels is proud to back Darkhive in their $30M Series B.
The round was led by RTX Ventures, with new investors Draper Associates and Bison Capital joining returning investors Crosslink Capital, Ten Eleven Ventures, Stellar Ventures, and Alamo Angels. We first backed Darkhive at the pre-seed in 2022, and the Series B is the latest validation of that conviction.
Founded by John Goodson and headquartered in San Antonio, Darkhive develops advanced, software-defined hardware engineered for fast adaptation and scalable production. Darkhive's mission is to equip those who serve with the cutting-edge technology needed to assure success across operational domains.
Darkhive runs major programs with the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Innovation Unit, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. Earlier this year, the Pentagon selected Darkhive to lead a $49.7M APFIT program, the single largest award in program history.
