Our child support experts Dale Posont, John Antal, and Brian Windmeyer, PMP, POPM, CPM had many great discussions about the future of child support at the 63rd annual ERICSA conference last week in Milwaukee! Throughout the conference, we had many discussions around the technical and organizational challenges that child support system modernization projects are facing, requiring significant expertise, time, and resources to implement effectively. To help states navigate these intricacies, our child support experts developed a client briefing to outline how to prepare child support programs for the DDI phase of a system modernization project. DDI readiness activities help maintain project momentum and lay a solid project foundation by preparing staff and stakeholders, refining current business processes, readying legacy system data and environments for conversion, and updating necessary forms, reports, and interfaces.
