Solutions Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® Training: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training focuses on verbal de-escalation and early intervention, giving staff an effective framework for decision making and problem solving, as well as teaching safe disengagements and physical interventions that can be implemented with the least use of force, providing the safest environment for all parties involved. We are proud to be a part of proactive safety training in schools. With our recently approved partnership with the Mishawaka School Board, we'll be equipping educators and staff with the vital skills needed to safely navigate challenging behaviors as they arise. Dr. Theodore Stevens, School City of Mishawaka Superintendent, shares about CPI training: “It's just very effective in terms of being able to communicate and work with people who are sort of in a heightened state of mind whether that be a student whether it be your co-worker whether it be a parent. All those those techniques I think can be beneficial to people.” Read the full story to see how our training is being prioritized at Mishawaka schools: https://lnkd.in/e-wbP_dx
