What an incredible week at the TechForce Foundation Annual Partner Summit! 🚀 CRC Industries is honored to announce that we have earned two major awards recognizing our partnership and marketing activation focused on bridging the critical trades gap. We are dedicated to showing students the incredible potential of technical paths and removing the financial barriers to entry through our scholarship programs. 🏆 The Golden Piston Award – TechForce’s highest honor for the year's best integrated activation of a 5-Star Strategic Alliance. This award recognizes leadership, support, and a commitment to the future of the technician workforce. 🏆 The Marketing Buzz Award – Recognizing the best activation of social media, influencers, PR, and marketing promotions in concert with TechForce. Our CRC Build for the Future Scholarship Program is a prime example of this mission in action. From a custom car build and a fully documented social media journey to high-energy activations at Sick Week, Tri-Five Nationals, and Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), we’ve been all-in. This journey culminated in a $100,000 auction sale, with every cent supporting the next generation of technicians. 🔧 CRC and TechForce are bringing the excitement of the automotive world directly to the students who will soon be turning the wrenches. As our CEO, Len Mazzanti, emphasizes: "TechForce is uniquely positioned to support aspiring technicians and tradespeople which is why CRC finds them an indispensable partner. We’re excited to welcome Marlene Lopez Ibarra as President, CRC Industries Americas. Marlene brings over 20 years of leadership experience at 3M, where she built a truly global career across industrial, safety, healthcare, and consumer businesses. Most recently, she led a global business with P&L responsibility, driving growth across complex, multi-market environments. Known for her ability to turn strategy into action, Marlene combines deep expertise in distributor-led go-to-market models, portfolio strategy, and operational excellence with a proven track record of leading transformation and building high-performing teams. She joins CRC at an important moment. As we continue to strengthen our global brand and accelerate growth in key industrial segments, her leadership will play an important role in shaping what comes next. Marlene will be relocating from Minnesota to Pennsylvania, where we look forward to welcoming her and her family as they begin this exciting new chapter. Outside of work, she is actively involved in philanthropy and serves on the boards of two nonprofit organizations.
