Investing in people has always been at the heart of what we do. 💙 This year, Scott Gruwell had the honor of recognizing another incredible group of Courtesy Cares Scholarship recipients, a program created to support the education and future success of our employees and their families. 🎓 Seeing how this scholarship helps alleviate financial stress while motivating students to continue making a difference in the lives of others is a powerful reminder of why Courtesy Cares continues to grow year after year. Congratulations to this year’s recipients. Your hard work, dedication, and future ambitions represent the very best of our Courtesy family and community. ✨ If you see our sign, it’s a good sign. #CourtesyAutomotiveGroup #CourtesyCares #Scholarship #Community #Education #FutureLeaders #FamilyOwned

About us
Courtesy Automotive Group is a 3rd generation, family-owned and operated dealership group. We started in Phoenix Arizona with the Iconic Courtesy Chevrolet sign that pointed the way to great service on Camelback Road. Since 1955 the family has lived and worked in what we call "The Courtesy Way". A philosophy of looking after our staff, giving them a great place to work. Our team in turn deliver an amazing experience when you interact with Courtesy, and in this in turn earns the lifetime loyalty of our customers. A simple way of making all that we do at Courtesy live and breathe The Courtesy Way. Courtesy started with our Chevy Store in Phoenix, then in 1965 we added Courtesy Chevrolet in San Diego. In 2017 we added Courtesy Volvo Cars of Scottsdale. In 2019 we added Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Ram of Superstition Springs and Courtesy Jeep of Superstition Springs. Recently we added Courtesy Kia in January of 2021. Watch this space, we may add more as the business grows.

The Courtesy Kick Off brought together every level of our organization. Ownership. Executive leadership. General managers. Sales, service, fixed ops, and the teams on the ground who keep everything moving. Across eight dealerships, one thing became clear. We’re aligned for 2026. Grounded in where we’ve been, shaped by what we’ve learned, and focused on what’s next. The highs. The challenges. The standards that push us forward. Alignment matters. When everyone is on the same page, direction becomes clear, execution becomes stronger, and results follow. This was more than a meeting. It was a reset, a recommitment, and a statement of intent for the year ahead. Scott Gruwell Jason Church #Courtesy #companyculture

Seventeen years with Courtesy is not just time spent. It is time invested. Over nearly two decades, David Gonzalez has played a key role in shaping what Courtesy stands for today. From building strong teams to guiding long term growth, his influence shows up in the way this organization operates every single day. David leads with consistency, perspective, and a clear understanding that people come first. The trust he has built, the standards he has set, and the culture he has helped grow continue to move Courtesy forward. Seventeen years of commitment. Seventeen years of leadership. Seventeen years of impact. Thank you, David, for everything you have contributed and for continuing to be a steady presence across the Courtesy family.

Throughout the month, every Courtesy store collected toy donations to support Toys for Tots. Thanks to the generosity of our customers, team members, and community, we were able to come together and deliver these donations to help families in need this holiday season. Giving back has always been an important part of who we are, and moments like this remind us of the impact we can make when we work together. Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this possible. #CourtesyAutoGrou #ToysForTot #GivingBack

For more than 70 years, this tradition has been part of who we are. It started with Ed Fitzgerald, who believed that the best thing he could give his employees during Christmas was time. Time to sit down, share a meal, and enjoy the holidays with friends and family. That belief lives on today. Each year, we continue the tradition of giving hams and turkeys to our team as a small thank you for everything they do and as a reminder of what this season is really about. From our Courtesy family to yours, Merry Christmas. This is a tradition we are proud to carry on for decades to come.
