Earlier this week at Continuum Hospice & Palliative Care Cape Cod, we had the pleasure of celebrating one of our amazing RN Case Managers, Alyssa, with a baby shower right here at the office 💕 As she prepares to welcome a beautiful baby girl in early June, our team was so happy to come together, share in the excitement, and shower her with love and well wishes. In the work we do, compassion, connection, and caring for others are at the heart of everything - and today was a special opportunity to turn that same care toward one of our own. Celebrating life’s joyful milestones as a team is something we truly cherish. Alyssa, we are so thrilled for you and your growing family.
