Still standing and thriving today, Connected Camps’s Kid Club Minecraft server is a free, fun, safe space for kids ages 8-13 to connect with others around shared interests. 👾⛏ Our Spaces of Refuge series explores Kid Club’s implementation of the #ConnectedLearning model in the moderated server, scaling with peer-to-peer support and skyrocketing in popularity during the pandemic. Neurodiversity NPO is looking for someone to join our Minecraft enrichment program at the Neurodiversity School in Tokyo (NSIT). This role is part of the Neurodiversity Oases initiative, which explores how structured play-based environments can support social communication, collaboration, emotional regulation, and creative problem-solving for neurodivergent learners. Facilitators support small-group enrichment sessions, observe learner engagement and group dynamics, and participate in debrief discussions to help improve the program over time. During the pilot phase (June–September), you’ll participate in sessions led by experienced facilitators and receive training in play-based and neurodiversity-informed approaches.
