Today's schedule: 6:00am-6:30am Get ready 6:30am-6:45am Cuddle with kids 6:45am-8:15 Breakfast, kids get ready for school, get kids on bus 8:15am-11:15am Profit First, invoicing, emailing, texting for BrightSpot Families 11:15am-2:15pm Take my dad to the hospital for his procedure, reassure anesthesiologist my father is oriented and remembers why he is at the hospital, but that my father is messing with the doctor for funzies 2:15pm-3:00pm Lunch with my parents 3:00pm-3:35pm Car pick up line 3:35-8:00pm Walmart, write this post, playdate, dinner, family time, bedtime 8:00-9:00pm Workout and sauna 9:00-10:00pm Catch up with my husband 10:00pm Bedtime I heard Sonya Thompson's reframe (People who are taking care of both children and their parents are superheros, not sandwiched) running through my head all day.
