CommonWealth Partners (CWP) has been a longstanding Silver Member with USGBC since 2020. CWP isn't content just talking about our sustainability accomplishments - we insist on verifying them through rigorous, reputable third-party certification program to demonstrate the accuracy of their claims. Since 2010, CWP has pursued LEED certifications and recerts to continually enhance our properties' environmental performance. As USGBC continues to raise the bar on energy and environmental building design, CWP tracks those trends. CWP maintains its commitment to 100% LEED certification for all directly managed properties as a testament to resource efficiency and our dedicated property teams' efforts to operate them at peak performance.

CommonWealth Partners reposted this
#CommonWealthPartner's (CWP) building at 560 Mission St. in San Francisco recently earned the new @ENERGYSTAR NextGen certification. 560 Mission has been verified to be among the top 25% most energy-efficient buildings nationwide, obtains 100% of its energy from renewable sources through SFPUC's Clean Power program (exceeding NextGen's 30% requirement), and meets a direct emissions target set by the EPA! #ENERGYSTAR's #NextGen certification signifies superior energy efficiency and low emissions. Thanks to our local #CWP property management team and all our visitors & occupants for helping us #saveenergy and reduce emissions! Here’s to another year of cutting waste while spurring #renewableenergy development! https://lnkd.in/gGjE-wkp
