For people navigating serious and often misunderstood conditions, the challenges don't just show up in a doctor's office. They shape the morning routine, the school day, the workday, the family dinner. And most of the time there's a caregiver, a parent, a partner facing these challenges right alongside them. Our team joined CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD) to celebrate Boston Legacy FC's inaugural season and experience the newly unveiled Sensory Room. This dedicated, quieter space is designed with input from CHADD for fans who need a break from the sights and sounds of matchday. At Collegium, we work every day in the CNS space, which means we understand how conditions like ADHD can shape the way people move through the world. Sensory sensitivities are a daily reality for millions of people and the families who love them. Loud crowds, flashing lights, unpredictable environments can feel overwhelming. The Collegium Sensory Room was designed with intention, because inclusion has to be built in. We believe that understanding disease means understanding life with disease. And life should include moments of joy, community, and cheering on your team.
